Cancellation & Refund Policy

This policy explains how cancellations and refunds work for programs, masterclasses, and courses booked through Amicable Academy (amicableacademy.com). By enrolling and paying, you agree to the terms below.

Program-specific guarantees

Some programs carry their own written guarantee, and that guarantee always applies:

✓AI Mastery Program:join the first live session — if it isn't right for your child, email us within 24 hours of that session for a full refund.
✓AI Career OS (individual online): a 7-day money-back guarantee if a student drops before Day 3 of the cohort.

General cancellations

✓For short programs and masterclasses, you may cancel up to 24 hours before the scheduled start for a full refund.
✓Once a live program has begun (beyond any guarantee window above), fees are generally non-refundable, as a seat and trainer time have been reserved for you.
✓If we cancel or reschedule a session, you may choose a full refund or a transfer to the next available batch.

How refunds are processed

Approved refunds are made to the original payment method through our payment partner, Razorpay, typically within 5–7 business days. To request a cancellation or refund, email info@amicableacademy.com or message us on WhatsApp at +91 96962 96362 with your name, program, and payment reference.
