Information we collect

• ✓Details you provide when you enquire or register — such as name, email, phone number, student class, and school or college.
• ✓Payment is processed by our payment partner, Razorpay. We do not store your card, UPI, or bank details on our servers; Razorpay handles that securely.

How we use it

• ✓To confirm registrations, take payment, send joining details, and respond to your enquiries.
• ✓To keep records of enrolments and, with your consent, to share relevant program updates.

Cookies, analytics & advertising

We use the Meta (Facebook) Pixel and Meta's Conversions API to understand how our site is used, measure the results of our advertising, and show relevant ads on Facebook and Instagram. This may involve sharing certain event and contact information (such as your email or phone number) with Meta in a hashed, non-readable form, along with standard technical data like your IP address and browser.

You can control this through your browser cookie settings and your Facebook ad preferences. Opting out does not affect your ability to register or pay.

Sharing & service providers

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with trusted providers that help us operate, and only as needed to provide the service: Razorpay (payments), Web3Forms (delivering form submissions), Google Sheets (registration records), and Meta Pixel and Conversions API (advertising measurement). Some of these providers process data outside India.

WhatsApp & email

When you register we may contact you on WhatsApp and email about your registration, the session and related programs. Reply STOP or email us to opt out at any time.

How long we keep your data

We keep registration and enquiry records for up to 24 months after your last interaction, then delete or anonymise them. Payment records are kept as long as tax law requires.

Children

If you are under 18, a parent or guardian must register or consent for you. We do not knowingly collect a child's data without that consent.

Your choices

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information at any time by emailing info@amicableacademy.com. You can opt out of non-essential communications whenever you wish. Grievances: write to the same address and we will reply within 7 days.
